Encrypted Backup is provided for backup and recovery use.
Purpose
The utility creates encrypted local archives and stores them in a Google Drive account controlled by its user. The user remains responsible for the source data, account, recovery keys, retention choices, and recovery testing.
Availability
The utility is provided without a public service commitment or guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Backups should be verified, and important data should have more than one independent recovery path.
Encrypted Backup is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Google. Google Drive is a service of Google LLC and is subject to Google's own terms.
Ending access
The user may stop using the utility and revoke its Google access at any time from the connections page in their Google Account.
